Do you offer returns?
We aim to provide high-quality products every time, but we can experience the off day. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept physical returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If you have an issue that isn’t covered below, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and we’ll help work through a solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that crackers are fragile and some breakage may occur with transportation, but if it is an unreasonable amount, we want to know.
Refunds and/or Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund or replacements are approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
